With a career spanning over twenty two years, Afandi’s extensive quantity surveying experience throughout both Singapore and Western Australia has involved a rich mix of infrastructure, health, residential, commercial, educational, recreational and mixed development projects with contract values over $100 million.

A member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Afandi has a strong eye for detail and is meticulous in his estimating.

Afandi is a passionate Arsenal supporter and loves spending his spare time watching his sons play soccer and being involved in the soccer community.
