All publications are to be pre paid in full, unless a prior agreement has been made with Rawlinsons Publishing.
Rawlinsons Publishing uses Shopify Payments for its online credit card transactions, providing a secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
Shopify Payments are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Shopify containing your order details.
Your HARDCOPY publication will be shipped via a tracked Australia Post Express Post satchel, usually within two business days.
Your DIGITAL publication subscription user and instructions will be emailed to you within two business days.
Please note, during the cross over between old and new annual publications, due to high demand, the shipping times may exceed two business days.
Freight is included for all Australia wide locations.
International shipping rates are fixed and itemised in your Shopify order. Your publication/s are Delivered at Place (DAP) and you, the Buyer, will be responsible for paying any import costs, VAT, duties and/or clearing fees that may apply upon delivery.
If you need to query a delivery please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange your book or return your payment after you return the publication in pristine condition within 30 days of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your digital subscription, we will either exchange the subscription for a hardcopy version, or, revoke your digital subscription and refund your payment in full, within 30 days of purchase.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All publications must be returned in original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you take out insurance with your postal carrier. Rawlinsons Publishing will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
